For one client, we were asked to develop an Aftercare program to enable an effective integration of new recruits. The business was pre-ipo and had no formal HR, plus limited time due to revenue focussed activities being paramount.
As a result, we agreed with the client a documented a 3 month program of induction, training and clear, measurable and timely objectives.
This 3 month plan was discussed during the selection process with all candidates, with a view of ensuring clarity and buy-in from all parties.
Xhen regularly reviewed progress with the employees and client. At all times, regular communication was enabled, and the ‘productivity ramp’ was considerably shortened for the new joiners.
As result of the success of the program we have developed an after-care program which is implemented for all Clients.
